When I purchased my wagon R from cars24 in 2019, they charged ₹3000 and asked for ₹3500 for RC transfer in case you get it done from them.

My experience was largely positive with Cars24. We wanted a small automatic hatchback for my wife and a cheap used option at that, on which she could get a couple of years of experience under her belt. We test drove a 4 year old Grand i10 Nios with 36K on the odo and a 2021 Swift with 61K on the odo. The Hyundai felt a much nicer car overall and with both having virtually the same asking price, we brought the Hyundai home.

I was impressed with the whole process of booking from the app to the test-drive and delivery. The car has already done over 3K kms in 7 months and has not thrown any problems. However I would say that if one values saving a few bucks over convenience and time than browsing on Olx and local dealers can be a good option.

I am exploring to buy a car from cars24.com.

God forbid, if the car has some issues and would want to return it, though they claim no questions asked return, but how do they follow it ?

Anyone has any experience of that ?

Not me directly, but a close friend did return the vehicle they purchased and Cars24 honoured the same without any hassle. You could also get a complete inspection done before purchasing the vehicle to avoid this situation altogether.
