Last week, I handed over my second-hand car to PreCarMart and and like you, I received a slightly better offer.
A few years ago, I found their contact details through a Google search and saved their number on my phone, even though I did not purchase from them for later use

.
They post pre-owned cars in their inventory on their WhatsApp status, which are, most of the time, good vehicles (based on the exterior, interior photos, and kilometers run).
I thought of using their services after receiving quotes from OLX, Cars24, and my previous dealer.
PreCarMart requested an inspection before committing to any price, and their representative came to my office for the inspection, which took about an hour. Within 15 minutes of completing the inspection, PreCarMart offered me a price, which I tried to negotiate. They agreed to increase the price, but they needed me to hand over the RC to their representative to lock the deal.
This made me worried, so I requested to meet their staff in person at their office. They agreed, and I sent them soft copies of the documents they needed along with my bank details. PreCarMart credited a token amount of 10,000 rupees to my account.
Their office was located on the first floor of a building in HSR 27th main, which was hard to locate as I was expecting a garage or space to display the vehicles. I met the person who was dealing with me till then, and after discussing the matter, I handed over the RC to them, requesting them to wait until Saturday to take the car.
On Saturday, two different people came to inspect the car again, test drove it, and explained the transfer procedure. We signed the RTO form and NOC, and I received a copy stating that PreCarMart would be responsible from that day until the transfer to the new owner. Once everything was confirmed, they credited the remaining amount, minus the traffic fine, and took the keys, and drove away.
Overall, I feel that PreCarMart's processes and confidence are better than most dealers, including Cars24 and OLX, as they sell directly to the next owner rather than to another dealer.
