Audi opens technical training center (service) in Mumbai

Audi India has opened a new technical service centre which is the seventh technical service centre for Audi in the Asia Pacific region. The facility has been developed to strengthen Audi’s after-sales service in the market, while helping the brand with region specific research.

The new centre will not service customer vehicles itself, but will be used for research on usage patterns, preferences and local peculiarities. The technical service centre will support technicians and service advisors from across the dealerships in India. The analysis workshop has three climate control work bays and the centre will also house a training facility, which will conduct boot camps for the technical team as well as for the dealer network.

The centre will operate in Mumbai with the workshop and training facility said to be in line with Audi AG standards.

Re: Audi opens technical training center (service) in Mumbai

Surely good news for Mumbai Audi owners. For one, they can expect better trained service personnel.

Second, when complicated problems arise, Audi experts aren't too far away. German cars only get more complex with each successive generation and the more specialists you have, the better.
