Hey Vishnu, there seems to be a problem with the update servers are I'm unable to update my wife's S4 as well. I guess the Samsung servers have got overloaded and crashed as the update is quite large (approx. 658mb).
This should be fixed soon and the update will be available once again.

I have an HTC One - Sprint CDMA + GSM. Checked and downloaded the OTA upgrade. Then tried installing it. Since the phone is rooted I could no get it to install.

Normal since with Bootloader Unlocked s zip file will not run. Then I tried to flash it using Team Win Recovery. I found the zip file but it failed to flash since there is no MD5 file. Finally when I asked it the phone skip the install it also deleted the zip file. I cannot get it by asking for an update - shows none available, it is up to date

Two questions

1. How do I get the file again?
2. How to flash it?

the best i can think of is to visit xda-developers forum for your sprint htc one specific forum

you will find guide to return to complete stock when flashing new stock update and lotsa other options.
you will also find links to download your ROM.
this is the heaven for my Galaxy S3 but it takes time to understand and perform the procedures.

Mine updated itself automagically; currently on 4.2.2. No issues found.

Note 2 will be skipping 4.2.2 and getting 4.3 directly as Galaxy S3 according to various sources on internet somewhere in November mid or end.
some 4.3 roms for note 2 already leaked with almost no bugs for daily use. if you want to try, head to xda-developers forum of note 2 here:

Thank you for your quick response.

Tried updating it again with Kies but the download seems to be not progressing at all while OTA update check gives the same error 'maximum number of rollout...'.
Hope Samsung would soon fix the problem.

Those who are getting 'device not compatible' error while downloading bbm from playstore can download the bbm apk from external torrent and install it.

The download is available, but there's a wait for email activation if you've not pre-registered. :(
I'm waiting for mine to get activated, hopefully that'll be done soon! Anyone here aware of a faster way to get this done?

re-install the app after this. it should work

Just tried that. Still says I've got to wait for their email and that I'm in line! :(

My wife was in the wait line and didn't receive any mail after 24h. Just tried activating again today morning and it was working fine
