manson, as the e50 is a sybian series phone, you should be able to get the office editors for them, but believe me, I had a p910i with the editor and it was very difficult to edit documents on such a huge screen.

not worth editing on this phone, too painful, go for jas jar that should be better.

That is your opinion. I sold off my 25K N73 for 12K after 5 month's of usage, for one simple reason. Too damn big. Now I am very happy with 7.5K SE Z550i. Different people have different needs.

abhih : i meant in kilo bytes per second only its a rough guess actually as i use GPRS for net on my phone only.

And for your new phone, i think you should wait it out for the N95 its the phone to have. N80 IMHO is "thicker" than n73 due to the slider design, only special thing bout N80 is wifi but with wifi on the battery would die very soon. If you use your phone for photos then N73 it is with its carl zeiss optics and amazing video options.

Manson : for editing office docs/excel/ppt files try this

aza: how much for the quickoffice? i'm stuck between the e50 and the m600, m600 lacks a cam, and comes by as delicate, but has the editing function as standard.
E50 seems nice but lacks the editing function, which is important. How simple to use is this quickoffice software?

Manson: This is Jasjar

I think n_c had similar one with a different brand (O2 Exec). Any windows mobile phone will allow you to edit office docs. But don't expect them to do everything that the full blown Office on desktop. Infact if you try to save the document in mobile, you may loose some data like formatting etc in the document. The only office doc i use on phone is my mileage tracker in Excel. Even i get the charts.

satish, how much for this? n_c has this really expensive (read as i cant afford) fone, called some exec or something.

all i intend to do is draft simple letters, and maybe a proforma once in a while. will the e50 enabled with the software aza mentioned be capable enough? anything on the m600?

yes akshay1234 is right. I got the following pre installed with my n70 and i cannot edit documents. Also when i copy a document to my phone and open it with quick office it converts it first.

Quick Point
InfoPrint
Adobe PDF
Quick Word
Quick Sheet
