Well now there wont be a dog following us. We can now hopefully expect a signal following us rather than the pooch.

NO he didn't sell it ... not yet! I'll pick it up for sure if he plans to sell it lets see.

btw... you can "upgrade" ur N80 to N80IE (internet edition) its all over the net. and 15K for a 9 month old N80 is a very good price as the new one itself is around 17-18

for overall use the pearl is the best. E61 has an edge though in Wi-fi.

If you are ready to let go of wi-fi then pearl is better overall.

Thanks! I guess i'll live with the n70 for now. The 6233 is a very appealing package/price - but not sure how much of a handicap having s40 is. If one had edge/3G (someday), one would like a full browser too i guess..plus be able to read docs n pdfs

Got the Nokia E50 after too much waiting for the slim 6300. I am unhappy to know E50 does not have a auto keypad lock. Any software to make this happen?

How do I get this on my phone?I downloaded one such software on my system. Let me know how I install them? Is it possible to have an antivirus installed as well? I have heard that S60 is not secure enough.

mail4ajo !!! congrats E50 is a good fone, yes its S60 (Symbian 60 = Nokia UI) Version 3. Install the PC suite on your puter using the CD that came with the phone. Connect your phone with the USB cable. Now download the "autolock" program and double click on the .SIS file. Follow the instructions on your phone screen. If you have a BT dongle then just transfer the .SIS file to your phone it will show up as a new sms and you can install it from there.

Yes there are a lot of Anitvirus apps for S60. Just remember your fone is running S60 V3 so download and install applications compatible with this version of symbian.

Search Google for Nokia symbian series 60 3rd edition applications.

E50 comes with series 60 3rd edition platform and i have read somewhere that there isnt any virus for s60 3rd edition yet.
