Guys any idea about new iball Andi 4.5h?

It is 1Ghz Dual core with 1GB Ram, Dual SIM 4.5' qHD IPS screen with ICS, available around Rs.12k.
I have seen the phone personaly yesterday and boy, it was awesome!!
This is the phone for them who want to buy Galaxy S Duos or MM A110.

I got my Note 2 today, just could not resist , I got it for 35K + 1K discount for a crappy Nokia C3, so got the phone home for 34K. Not bad I guess

I just bought one 12 days old, with bill and warranty for 32.5 from gaffar.
Also saw a white one 20 days old with bill and everything for the same.

It's good you brought up this one, Xolo A700 seems to be a good option but it has only 512MB RAM but the touch screen is smooth and responsive. For iBall 4.5, what is the weight and is it 16M or 256K display ?

Andi 4.5h is the only phone in the market(budget phone) which comes with 1gb RAM, and that is the reason to buy it along with qHD 4.5' screen. But I am confused with brand iball, should I buy or not?

I am also in the same boat - thinking to get my first Android smartphone (upgrading from my current Nokia 1280). I have shortlisted Karbonn A21, Xolo A700 and Andi 4.5h. Among this, Andi roughly costs 3K more than the other two, but offers 1GB ram. The flipside is the 1600 mAh Battery.
Do you think it is worth spenidng 3K extra and getting Andi 4.5, or should I go with Xolo 700 and save 3K?

My main usage will be Google maps and some quizzes, puzzles and games like temple run.

I have a 512MB RAM phone with 150g weight, the problem I am facing is that I need to keep on closing the apps and I am left with 150 MB RAM after closing it, the more the apps I add it is keeping it in memory, so 1GB RAM is good. Also I was looking for other features as well like the IPS/AMOLED display with phone weight is less than 120g, beyond that it pains when holding for a long time, and more battery power is required because of power full processor and more RAM.

If it is my decision I would go for the Xolo 700 because of Intel processor, display, good price

Xolo 700 is powered by Meditek MT6577 Chipset and not Intel. The Xolo X900 is Powered by Intel Processor

Thanks for noting that got confused with 900. The reviews are good for Andi 4.5h, but sure 2.5K increase is worth for 1GB RAM, 8MP. as this one and Xolo A700 almost same specifications.

I think for ICS and JB, min requirement is 1gb RAM. As you can see the observatons that Samsung S Duos is somewat faster than HTC Desire V, because of more RAM. Though they are single core 1ghz and here we have Dualcore processor but you might notice some lag in 512mb RAM devices.
Comparing MM, Lava, Karbonn and iball I feel iball has given the quality products in computer hardware so far, so might be the same case here in mobile. The only concern problem could be the battery in Andi 4.5h as it is 1600mAh. But again it will be enough for normal use without heavy gaming.

The reviews of Andi 4.5h are good - I am trying to get a feel of the phone but sadly I was not able to lay my hands on the phone in any of the local stores I visited.

I think it is better to spend a little more for the extra ram - especially since we cannot upgrade the RAM later.

Another problem with Andi 4.5h will be the weight as it is around 160gm which is not at all a user friendly, while Xolo A700 is only 115gm.

You got it, i was not able to find the weight of the phone even in iball site, it is definitely more weight, i won't recommend it. One the other note I recently ported JB in my HD2 which has 512mb RAM which was very smooth
