Okay guys - I know that I have asked for advice on phones many times without pulling the trigger but I am definitely going to get a replacement for my long in the tooth Moto L7.

1) So I need something with a QWERTY keypad.
2) I would like something with quick UI but should look decent maybe a little snazzy as as well. OS should be stable and clean.
3) Form factor should be as slim and small as possible.
4) Bigger the screen, the better.
5) Budget is between 15 and 20K.
6) The regular features in a phone in this range - WLAN / Messaging etc.
7) Don't care so much for the camera.

So as per my limited knowledge of the cell phone market, I think these are my choices. Please recomend any additional models out there and which one I should choose.

1) Nokia E71
2) HTC S740 (Not sure of release date or price)
3) HTC Touch Diamond (B&W price is out of budget. Anyone knows the grey market price).
4) Samsung Touch
5) Blackberry 8800 / 8300

Guys how is HTC 3400? saw it yesterday priced at Rs97xx was wondering how come its priced so low as it had Windows Mobile & 2MP camera.

Any flaws in this model?

the 3400 is one of the older models
It has Win Mobile 5.0 which is the older OS (The Touch has Win Mobile 6.0 Professional)
plus the ram is just 64MB
no finger scroll (touch Flo like the HTC Touch 3452)

hence the lower price tag

mention not technocrat... as i said i just bought the touch 3452 for my wife, it has 128MB RAM & since yesterday she has been hooked to the phone, guess coz its new, plus after years of using various symbian phones (read specifically: nokia patronage) its a refreshing change. i guess nokia will have to do do some sprucing up as they are losing a lot of their loyal customers, even though they are still market leaders. The most impressive part about Windows mobile is the Huge amount of Freeware available for it on the net. But... i hope i'm not saying too much too early, let me use the phone for sometime & then decide.
