Guys, need a lil help here! I have the option of getting an N73 with B&W, or an N95 from abroad for 18k. So no warranty. But somehere say that it is not possible to update software on finland phones from here, and if anything goes wrong, then nokia care wont repair it and stuff like that. Is there any truth in that or is it just bull****. Are there any issues with the 95? which do u guys think would be the better choice??

Now technlogy has changed & new SDHC (Secure digital high capacity) are fast enough , so there's nothing like that .

Yes it does work in india , i've used in my n95 previously but maps are not very accurate , it usually provide you better directions on highway as compared to city .

Update on my Dad's E61i (contd from post #2080, #2097 and #2118)

The PDair case for the E61i just came in today. That was fast service! (esp. 'cause shipping was free!)

Feels good, fits good, smells good!

Nice case, Hydra!

You've been taking quite a few pictures with the maroon background today. Yes, I am talking about the 'psss psss' too.

I really appreciate the way you take time in reviewing gadgets and posting - while the rest of us are just getting ready to drink till dawn.

BTW, anyone checked out the N82?

Bought the K810i for Dad, Rs 15,000 from RPG Cellucom- Got a 2 GB card( The Phone had a 128 MB Stick already packed in) + RPG Bluetooth Free , The K 790i was retailing at Rs 12,600 + 1 GB Card + RPG Bluetooth.

I use it and it's quite good. Have some issues though with median divided roads where it does not know where the median breaks are and therefore ends up calculating round about routes. Does not have an update on some of the flyovers, deadends and one ways. But otherwise it works quite well as I have been able to discover newer and shorter routes to my destinations.

I agree.

Did you notice the awfully small keys? It looks ugly to me.

@rockster, thanks! This teetotaller (who also does not have a GF right now) needs to have something to do, to spend his time and money

The N82 is supposed to be the replacement for the N73. Maybe that's why they followed this form factor (I think the screen is about the same size as that of the N73). The keys look too small to me too.
