Very Stupid on me that i am unable to figure it out ..But

How do i restart my lumia . pressing the power button gives me option of "tap to power off". where is restart ?

Also online windows 8 online tutorials are somewhat misleading.

for eg : - they say one can find radio button in music tile under collection but i have no such button.

Don't bother with the screen guard. The 720 comes with gorilla glass and it does the job quite well. *thumbs up*

There is no restart option unless you factory reset. There is only power off or goodbye on it. Amber update has pushed radio on it. Wait for the update.

Thanks Anmol. we are getting FM radio as well with amber update .
On a side note, Windows apps are pretty heavy. is there any way that i can download them via laptop and than install them on phone via SD card.

I did tried by copying them to root of my SD card and restarted the phone but i am not getting option of SD card in APPS as suggested in their online tutorial. just looking for alternates here. i am using a Lumia 520 .

Sushil: My dad has a 520 too. How did u update your phone to amber update ?? He is missing out Radio very badly !!

The Update has not yet rolled out to india users. i wrote above after looking at the list of updates .
Below Link will help . Limia 920 already has this update in india . look for india .

Quoting myself.

Got it working Finally . reasons could be -

a ) The SD card was earlier formatted in my android tab .

I format it in my Lumia. copied the Apps to the SD Card root, restarted the phone and waited for 10 min at least ( was looking at laptop clock ).

So patience pays .

Guys, I cannot seem to find Mix Radio on my Lumia 720. The Nokia Music on my phone doesn't show it. How do I get it?

That is strange. It should be in Nokia music. Try redownloading Nokia music from marketplace. Also, check your country settings. Some applications are country specific. But again, Mix radio is available for India.

I did that. Nokia Music is showing only my music and settings in my phone still. The version is 3.10.822.0

Same here as well. I have raised the concern with nokia India and they have logged a call.

waiting for update. Per se them Only 3 months subscription of free with Lumia Series .

On a Separate topic, need suggestions for App, which can calculate the Data Usage on windows. Data sense is there but it seems to be not supported for India version .

Is there any way, I can find Out which App is using Data . The "E" sign is usually always on in my lumia. Mail Synch happens every 30 mins and Only what;s up is running in background .

Also Saw Something very unusual on my wall paper .See below Image ( In Red Boxes ) . not sure how to get Rid of this Link .

Check event calender for Facebook,or even your email.

Have you signed into the Nokia Music account? I think the mix radio is enabled only when one is signed in atleast once.

I am using Lumia 820 since last seven months now. I would say I am more than happy with the phone, inspite of the few limitations it had in the beginning in terms of limited apps.

The camera is simply awesome and the Nokia photo editing apps truly complement it.

My phone updated the software today morning and while browsing on team bhp, I came across the news about amber update. After the software update, the phone has installed two new apps, Smart Cam and Data Sense, both which on the face value seem to be good ones. However, I am not sure about the FM Radio and Glance screen, as mentioned on this link:

Do we need to download certain app for making the FM radio functional now?
