Counter current swimming pool - Swimming Treadmill

Has any body used a counter current swimming pool? How easy is it to swim in it?

To quote in part from the seller's websites:

SmartPools::Luxury Swim Spas
"The Smartpool is a new innovation in fitnes. It is a Swimming Treadmill - It features a smooth, adjustable current that allows you to swim in the same place just as a running treadmill allows you to run. Its breathtaking aesthetic design and wide range of décor choices enhance the beauty of your home, garden or terrace. It can be installed indoor or outdoor.
The Smartpool empowers you to swim in the convenience of your own home and save valuable time commuting to the club or gym. And it does not cost the world to own.."

Endless Pools® - Swimming Pools, Exercise Pools, Therapy Pools & Swim Spas
"Measuring just 8' x 15', the Endless Pool, often referred to as a swimmer's treadmill, provides all the benefits of a full sized swimming pool in a fraction of the space."

SMART POOLS & SPAS
"Smart Pool is a counter-current swimming pool. It works as a normal swimming pool & like a swimming machine for therapies & exercises. Smart Pool is suitable for every swimmer, may he be a child, young or an elderly person & fits everybody’s swimming ability and fitness needs."

Not sure about cost in India but to help you get an idea they cost from £12,000 in the UK. It is cheaper to buy a counter current unit and get the pool built locally. Its about £1200 for the unit housing, pump and control box. Just find a good local pool builder.
