humidifiers

Bionaire, Holmes, Honeywell, Graco, Vicks.

These are pretty well known.

Are you looking for humidifier or a de-humidifier?

There's a well-known brand by the name of Bry Air for de-humidifiers. It's much more expensive than an AC although its power consumption is much less.

If you want a humidifier, just install a room cooler!

Yes, most of them are available in India.

LG sells humidifiers too through some collaboration, I think.

Google the names I've listed in my previous post. Most of the brands do have de-humidifiers too.

Re: Room humidifiers & dehumidifiers

Hi...long time since one posted on this thread.

Am looking at a humidifier to combat dry cold of Bangalore. Saw this product on Ebay : http://www.ebay.in/itm/AIR-COOLER-HU...ht_2458wt_1271

Any experience with this or similar product? Are they effective, especially in Bangalore? What other choices are available? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Room humidifiers & dehumidifiers

Got on from Beurer recently and works pretty well. I went for the Air washer as it humidifies and cleans the air at the same too. If you are looking for just humidifier also you can get one, but the cleaning aspect was equally important given the amount of pollution in Bangalore. Got it online on Fabmart. Decent price and great service.
