Digging up an old thread:

Any suggestions for a simple player that can use USB drives, and may be has FM.

Situation: mum is not very tech savvy. She does operate the TV, though and uses the iPad & WA on her phone.

The old cd-player with FM and cassette has not been working great. I had got her a ipad/iphone dock, but it is used for charging than playing anything.

So wondering if there is anything simple out there that one can plug in an USB drive loaded with songs. I could use diff drives with diff types of songs.

Your tv should have a USB input. Simply connect a USB with songs, select USB from source and play on.
