You should be able to pick one at 1,599/-
It's very hard to find discounts on PS3 games!

man with all that smacking around the car just got a slightly displaced front bumper and flapping doors? Not very impressive for a game of that caliber.

I think they are still testing it, as there is no official announcement of damage in GT5.

Damage control is mainly for those who use barriers and other cars to achieve faster cornering speeds. The real enthusiasts however will very rarely see any damage on their cars.

+1, I was expecting more. Will the damage affect the handling/performance?? I hope it does.

Yes it does. Coz in another vid, the car could only reach 150kmph after a crash and wasn't handling like it did before.

Getting realistic damage is prob impossible coz nobody can really predict the outcome. You could take 2 identical cars, crash them in the same manner and you'd still find so many differences between the 2 damaged cars.

GT5 Demo Nissan Academy is up for download at PSN. It only offers 2 Nissan cars and 1 track (Indianapolis).

This is not an add on to the existing GT5 Prologue but a completely diff game with improved graphics and driving physics (somewhere between GT5P and the actual game).

More importantly, this has been launched as a stepping stone to this years GT Academy. As usual, i dont think Indians are eligible for it, so all we can do is download it and enjoy the game.

Download stops on 25th Jan. Download size expected to be around 200-220MB.

WHEN OH WHEN? When will the full version of this game be launched? It seems as though they might launch it JUST when the PS3 platform is about to become defunct!

Mumbai guys can check out Alfa at Irla. I find there is a difference of a few hundred rupees when I last bought from there. Plus you will also get the latest games which you dont find officially. e.g. I was looking for FARCRY2 and MGS4 a few months back (at that time these two games were nowhere to be found in all the leading stores). I couldn't resist picking both of them together (a fatka of almost 5K).
