Blackberry Pearl 8100

Looking out for personal reviews of the new Blackberry Pearl...I saw it today and fell in love, pics dont do justice to this phone, it looks 10 times better in person.
I am currently using Nokia 6681 for over a year now and am honestly very bored of it...the Blackberry Pearl has all the features of the 6681 like 1.3mp camera with flash and more.
This will be the first time i am making a switch outside the Nokia family! So i need to be sure before i buy it, the phones has just come out in the US and is around 400$. Blackberrys sell cheaper in India for some reason, is this phone out in India as yet?

My store chain is selling them. An excellent phone. Its the first time that RIM has properly designed an mp3 player. Sorely misses a wi-fi though.

I have played around a lot with it and is totally recommended.

Sahil, this model is definitely not out in India yet AFAIK. And a 400 USD price sounds real good. I bought the 8700 a coupla months back (cost me 29k INR), best screen in the business, 7290 keyboard is better but neither of them had any other gizmos.

Sorry Friends, I am located in Toronto. my location sez it all. I can send with official bill if that helps but shipping will be too expensive.

Also if someone around in North America who can purchase for you then do lemme know. Our stores have almost each and every brand of handsets on sale from HTC, Fujitsu-Siemens, Alcatel, Sagem, Benq-siemens, Blackberry etc.

BTW if the mods permit, I can try to setup something Official from India itself for the t-bhp members. But I would need some good bulk units to send for that.
