Excell Media 320 Kbps

this link to testig bandwidth seems funny, its varying between 80 Kbps and ~300 Kbps. I know I consistently get about 320 Kbps based on system monitor on Fedora, shows close to 38+ KBytes/Sec most of the time.

Speedtest.net seems to be very unreliable, depending on the server I select the speeds change quite a bit. E.g

Karachi: 58/27 Kbps
Lahore: 81/47 Kbps
Singapore: 231/126 Kbps
Hongkong: 118/131 Kbps

Funny, are they not !! The tests have been conducted starting at 2:59 GMT to 3:04 GMT.
