@abhishek: The whole picture was more or less in focus, the blur is PS ed, right Preetam?

@HW: Nice b/w shot but the composition could have been made better. I'd say landscape orientation, with the steps and the old man on the right side, what say?
What kind of event is that where you said your picture got selected? Congrats!

It is a single shot.
The focus is normal, so the camera did what it did (focus everything together)
The Blur is in PS.
Wanted to achieve some softness in the image so did that blur
