Guys, small comments from old man. When you say "no photoshopped", what exactly do you mean?
1. Do you mean to say that you don’t like to Photoshop your image? You want it to be as it was.
2. Do you mean to say that Photoshop is a cumbersome and complex tool? And that’s the reason you don’t use it?

If anybody’s subscribing to point number one, here goes my view: Your camera (essentially digital) has the capability of capturing 5 stops of tonal range. This, of course varies depending on shooting mode. If you’re shooting at Joint Photographers Expert Group mode then please understand that your picture is meant for small viewing only. It doesn’t have all the tonal information. If your camera is equipped to shoot Tagged Image File Format or RAW then you’re in with much more tonal details. After processing your image in camera software..Photoshop correction/fine tune comes really useful. Or let me say it’s a must. Worldwide Photoshop is the most accepted/honored software for right reason.

For those who go by point number two: If you’re interested in photography and like to see your image in its full glory..understanding Photoshop is a must. I agree that it’s a lengthy process but unless you go through it and start discovering its potential..you’ll never know what tonal range you’re missing.

When I first saw this comment, my first thought was "Try for the office boy position first...".

No offence meant, but do you realise how far you are from Rudra's level. He is too modest to tell you, but I have seen his work, I have seen him work, and even had the honour of getting some one-on-one tutoring on Photoshop. And I still feel like a kindergarten kid struggling to write new words. I see my kid going through that phase now, exactly how I feel in the world of post-processing. From a person year back who was proud of not post processing, I have now become a proud owner of Adobe Photoshop CS2 (yup, legally) by plonking down nearly 27k. I still don't much about PP, but at least I am in the right direction.

There are thousands of web sources and hundreds of books on post processing. BTW, your query is similar to asking MS for a small document on racing. You need a book to cover something like that.

Why torture the old man... Naveen, frankly they are not worth commenting on, they are just interesting snap shots, tourist photos. Although I am a very average photographer, I can still make out these images are ordinary. May be with some PS wizardry somebody can some breath life into them, but that's about it.

no offence taken & thanx for the frank suggestions. i personally work with photoshop & wud try to "tweak" some pics, mayb then i can ask u for another round of suggestions.
