Thanks man for ur words. Well if you visit some of the Indian photogrpahy forums, I am sure you will find loads of much better shots :). This was taken with Nikon D70s with 300/f4 tele lens with 20 mm extention tube attached @ f11, CW metering with 0.5 under expose (if i remember correctly) @ iso 320 and handheld.
Nice pics Amit. I liked the "Green bee eaters" in the panorama section.
Here's some from my evening collection..

@1000 horses, beautiful shots & now unleash your horses. Welcome to Image threads.
@navin bhp: Good pictures. liked the composition of the 2nd one.
Not sure if I've posted this picture earlier..
This picture was taken last winter. There was an interesting cloud formation behind the chimney vent,a simple alignment made it look like steam/smoke coming out of the vent

A picture taken this morning..

One of my fav panorams :D
Created this one in PhotoStitch provided with my 400D.
Created this using 11 pics in larger format you can find the overlaps.
I could not process this one in PS as my PC has just 256mb ram where as it requres 1 gb ram to process file this big.

Another set of pics..
The evening sky on Sunday ..
A close up shot of a flower ..
I got my cam almost a year ago,and hadn't really played around with it.I found that I could take Black & white pics with the cam,so here goes..
A pic of the same flower, this time in B&W.

The 'way' ahead: :D
