Picked up the Nikon D7200 here in Thailand - and here are couple of shots taken recently. The 18-140 kit lens are quite good!

Created a Shutterstock contributor account for fun, and uploaded 9 images to over the weekend. To my surprise, all 9 got approved.

Now I am wondering whether I should invest some time and upload more photos to Shutterstock and other stock photography websites. Will have to spend a lot of time reprocessing - carefully :-(

Thank you for valuable inputs everyone, I appreciate it very much. Sharing some of my recent work. Do comment on it. I almost always use the manual mode now, even if that means taking 3-4 snaps to get the desired result. There's definitely a lot to learn still and a whole lot more to explore.

Facing an early death!
This is a scene at the famous Bharathapuzha in Kerala. What a shame. Instead of flowing in full glory, it’s painful to see the river in such a state, especially at this time of the year.
