Download GIMP (Free software).
Load JPG, use "smudge tool" to smudge numberplate and then save at 97%. There will be minimal loss in quality.

Pl pardon the poor quality of the PS. My first attempt using the Picassa software.

No offence but to me the picture looks like its out of focus because:
  1. The focus of the picture seems to be on the tyre.
  2. Everything else is kind of out of focus.
  3. The focus is good on the red bike on the left.
  4. I feel the focus should have been at the middle of the bike on the right or even in between space of the 2 bikes

I'm not a professional photographer so my viewpoint can be wrong as well

It is a getaway truck alleged used by the prisoners at the Alcatraz island prison, the truck is now at display there. Honestly no clue what the make is.

While on that, what do you when you see a mighty powerful beauty on the road. Drool, drool, drool. That is what I did when I saw the Veyron....

@Torqueguru:
Guru, are you accepting disciples at this stage! If it needs pre-booking, I would like to reserve a slot for myself. Just fantastic/ brilliant shots.....

Well another beauty but in red this time..

Thanks. I think it went wrong with such a wide aperture. Most of these, could be solved by using a narrow aperture, to have more in focus.
