Well, it was taken while the car was stopped in the middle of the tunnel.
The motion blur is added in post.

Not something to try at home . But we had it all planned and timed. We managed without any issues.

I thought that the shot was taken by you, hunched and cramped in the back of another car :P, while the car in the shot was coming towards the same direction. Never knew that the Blur was PP'ed.
By the way, 14mm in the full format shows the difference!
