Avoid noise:
You can bring down the ISO levels to reduce noise. Then you can open up a little more aperture to compensate for that.

Reduce noise:
Make sure the NR in your camera is on.
You can reduce noise further in Photoshop or some other image editing software.

Wheeler, i liked the first shot. Something very sinister about that stance.

Lovely... where is this? I was wondering what would you've done if your car had broken down there.

Do not scare me Clevermax. If I keep thinking like this, we would never get anywhere. BTW this was on Kunzum highway near Gramphoo

Ha ha... I can see your footsteps in the snow. Just imagine someone else finds an abandoned car like this, and few footsteps from the car which disappear after few meters.... Creepy isn't it?

Nice one, tsk. Totally advertisement material IMO.

Here's one from my side - she's 85k old in 4yrs, yet going strong and sturdy :

Clicked on Laxmipujan night, in sodium vapour lights on the streets.

This is a very nice shot for trying out a motion blur in PS. I'll do it today evening.

EDIT: Is it Sodium vapour or Mercury vapour? SV lamps are yellow right?

@tsk - thanks man !
I haven't used any motion blur on the pic - just used box blur on the background to emphasise the car. Whatever motion blur visible in the image - its cos of the slow shutterspeed.

@Sodium vapour lamps - frankly speaking, I have no idea ! can someone please throw some 'light' on this ?

Here's it. Had to crop out the front Tyre because it wasn't straight.

Could be an effect of having seen the static image earlier, but this seems to lack the dynamism of a motion blur.

I believe its because the wheels arent adding to the effect.
