Cute one. How much does it cost to acquire a lab puppy?

That is my Boxer, Tyson. He just had a kidney stone operation a month ago and has since then recuperated well. Thank God.

Got the little fella from Satish Balan, a team bhp member from Bangalore.
All of 8 months now, hes a spunky little devil and gets along infamously with Tyson.

Here's mine.

These two are not often so close these days, though they were inseparable as kittens. Yes, they are the same litter, despite the white male being so much bigger.

He: is a big, muscular, tough ...baby. Name (sorry about this): Floppy Soppy Boy Cat. And yes, he has one blue eye!

She: smaller, but much tougher, very talkative, very demanding, wants everything and wants it now. Name, Yogeshwari, but tends to be known as (you guessed it) Girl Cat.

One other sister escaped from the vet and they could not catch her, and the mother disappeared even before that.

Hi
Here is my friend "Boggu". He is 8 years old and playful as ever.
Team-BHPians and their Pets-p1000415.jpg
This is the pic when he was 80 days old.

He was grown on a veg diet, fruits and eggs. He is so fond of some of the vegetables and fruits he literally barges into the kitchen if it is jack fruit or Papaya is being cut. Moosambi fruit is a staple diet for him everyday along with my dad who has this habit to have one after the dinner.

His fascination for raw mangoes makes my mom chase him with a stick which he easily escapes and goes back jumping to pluck the mango. This is a hilarious sight . My mom gives up and calls us to teach him a lesson. We promptly indulge him.

The cue for him that I'm ready to play is I just try to clasp his mouth and there he goes ballastic...no matter what time of the day/night, this cue works and he is ready to pounce on me.

Sometime it's he who is ready for some play and I'm not. Then i just give him a whole coconut with husk. rest assured he will rip the husk in 2hours and comes back to me with enthu. He stays with my parents in my hometown and he is like a kid to my parents. What a companion. I miss him.

Beautiful. Somehow this thread has become very "dog" focused. Are these Moggie's? My girl, Piggy, looks almost an exact copy of your Girl cat! The same pattern on the back and on the head!

If by "moggies" you mean common-or-garden cats of the street kind, then yes, they certainly are!

Their mother, although visiting us regularly, was not even living with us when she decided that our house would be a good home for her family, and moved them in (aged a couple of weeks) to a box in our side passage.

The father was completely wild, and there are many local cats that have his looks.

He got old and weak, and increasingly came to our door to ask for food. In the end, he lost half an ear, which, over time, became not so much an ear, but a wound affecting half his head. But there was no touching him, even though he would come near us. Given that he obviously did not have long to live, trapping him would have probably finished him off anyway. We haven't seen him for a few weeks; that's all we know --- but we can claim to have helped out in the last few months when he could not have maintained his senior position in the local community. We used to call him "Big Boss"

bkishore, boggu sure looks cute in that pic of him (@ 80 days).
My lil fella does the same thing, when my wife tries to hold him- he shows his teeth and looks ready to attack. But the goofball doesn't do much!

Thanks. Come anytime Dippy, they are extremly friendly. Its only for persons who do not have an experience of having pets, dogs especially, who are petrified when they see these huge hulks charging towards them. Little do they know they mean no harm but just a friendly pat or two.

Tyson is as gentle as a cow and never barks or intimidates ANYONE.
Max is a hyper little devil.

Just in case, get ready to be licked and coaxed into giving forced attention and showering love on them.

These are my k9 buddies; Ricky the dasch, and Princie.Jr..

Ricky is a lil' devil, the way he does stuff to get the things he want, at times his character seems almost human..
Princie on the other hand is a playfull gal' always eager to play fetch and hide'n'seek - and obviously win.. But she's aggressive on strangers, she won't calm down easily no matter how hard i try..

Tequila & Casper

Hi Guys. It was a long time. I had posted the snap of my saint bernard pup earlier when she was around a month old. Thought of posting her recent snap. She is 7 months old now and is called "Tequila". Also posting the snap of my Lab "Casper" who is 2 years old now.

Watch out for this space. More snaps to come of my 2 new possessions very shortly(A Siberian Husky and Golden Retriever).
