I have been following the youtube channel of Tobias Wagner where he kind vlogs about his day-to-day life as an electric trucker doing real operations.

It clearly demonstrates that battery based trucks is very much practical and efficient and with the right infra investment can take off (unlike the unworkable H-technology). I feel that the time is ripe for logistics companies in India and state transport corporations to think seriously about battery based trucking and busses. This is really important as

1. A significant source of emissions is the logistic fleets

2. The huge amount petro-dollars can be saved and this gives compelling strategic reason to invest.

The spin-off could be the development of high speed charging network on Indian highways. If there is one reason to invest in high speed charging, it would be to handle these huge trucks.
