Hyundai unveils Inster EV Cross with off-road look & 355 km of range Hyundai unveiled the Inster EV - a compact all-electric crossover, in the global markets a few months back. Now, the South Korean carmaker has unveiled a new variant of the small SUV, called the Inster EV Cross.
The new Hyundai Inster EV Cross comes with multiple cosmetic updates over the standard model, giving it a more off-road-focused appearance. These changes include new rectangular front and rear bumpers, faux skid plates, black cladding around the wheel arches, new 17-inch alloy wheels, a roof rack as standard, and a new "Amazonas Green Matte" paint scheme.
Inside, the small EV retains the same cabin, albeit with exclusive Lime Yellow accents on the seats and dashboard.
Apart from the cosmetic upgrades, no other changes have been made. The Inster EV Cross offers the same set of battery pack options: 42 kWh and 49 kWh. The 42 kWh unit offers 300 km of range and is paired with a 96 BHP motor. The larger 49 kWh battery pack offers 355 km of range and is paired with a 113 BHP motor. The Inster EV Cross, similar to the standard EV, comes with fast-charging capabilities via a 120 kW DC charger, which offers 10-80% charge in just 30 minutes. Link to Team-BHP news |
