Spotted this LHD 4x2 Electric Minitruck from Jinpeng in the parking of Citi Mall Andheri.

Looks like a toy car when compared to the mighty old Fortuner.

I had seen this car in the YouTube channel Donut. Someone among the channel's subscribers had sent them from China. I had watched the video,and I remember it's surprisingly capable for a truck of this size. The front profile reminds me of Honqi though. From the side, it looks more like the now discontinued Mahindra Jeeto. I don't exactly remember it's payload capacity . BTW, why's this truck in India ? Don't we have laws preventing import of Chinese products?

Saw this for the first time on Donut Media. Never thought I'd see it in India. It looks puny compared to the Fortuner. Wonder what it's doing here.

I would by 11 of them and name my transport company as XI Jinpeng

That being said, they (Donut Media) found it to be robust and not shoddily built as they had pre-assumed.
