It will boil over if t runs too hot. In order for it to boil over, some part of the car is generating excess amounts of heat and it is unable to dissipate that heat, resulting in a spill over. That excess heat source needs to be identified. Is the battery running too hot that the coolant circuit is unable to transfer out that heat. The state of the Battery needs to be investigated then. Why is it running hot. Likewise for the Inverter.

It is great that our own manufacturers are building EV cars. However, we lack the experience in diagnosing issues like this. Will improve over time.

M&M's service in the recent times has been fantastic. I have been using the 3OO since the last 4 years and all visits to the service center have been very satisfying. This case in particular is definitely confidence inspiring from M&M. Although the incident is a little scary, the move from M&M is commendable.

O.P,

Good to see the dealer offered a refund, for what is essentially a damaged automobile.
Did you get back the entire road tax paid for 15 years?

Or is it just that the ex showroom price? Do advise!
