As much as this is entertaining, personally doubt whether the MG4 will be as engaging as the BMW.

You don't always need to be fast to be a driver's car.

Oh yeah! It's not surprising at all. It's happening for over half a decade now.

Why only BMW M340i, better EV cars like the Tesla Model 3 Performance can beat supercars like Lamborghini, Ferrari in drag races. Performance EV cars are absolutely blast to drive off the line and literally no ICE car can catch it.

Tesla Plaid or Lucid will demolish Porsche's and more powerful and tuned ICE cars too.

But, the driver engagement that a BMW or a Lamborghini/Ferrari provides can never be replicated by a fast EV.

Debatable. EV cars are inherently slower so maybe these cars will catch up.
