| Mercedes-Benz EQG to be showcased at 2024 Bharat Mobility Show Mercedes-Benz will showcase the EQG electric SUV concept at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Global Expo next month.  The Mercedes-Benz EQG concept was unveiled at the IAA Mobility Show in Munich in September 2021. It previews an all-electric version of the popular G-wagon. The EQG concept borrows design cues from the ICE version. It has a black front fascia with a blanked-out grille featuring an illuminated frame and a large Mercedes three-pointed star in the centre. The SUV also gets unique 22-inch wheels, redesigned front and rear bumpers and a square-shaped storage unit mounted on the tailgate instead of a spare wheel.  The EQG is based on the same ladder-frame chassis as the ICE-powered G-Class. It is equipped with an independent front suspension and a rigid rear axle. A 4x4 drive system comes standard along with a 2-speed transmission with low and high-range gearing. The Bharat Mobility Global Expo will be held at the Bharat Mandapam in Delhi from February 1-3, 2024. Link to Team-BHP News Last edited by TusharK : 25th January 2024 at 10:56. |
