This fascinating Wall Street Journal's video highlights how stubbornly pedantic Japan is to change or adopting modern technology. It's amusing how it's still clinging to physical stamps, signatures and outdated tech like fax machines, floppy disks etc... deeply stuck in traditional methods and reluctant to change.
