The Hello Jio Voice Assistant is said to be trained to understand native Indian speakers with different regional dialects and tones. It will also enable users to check the weather, cricket scores, news and horoscope. Using the 'Hello Jio' feature, users can turn the AC on or off and play songs.

The MG Comet EV features a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system that comes integrated with a Jio e-SIM. The car is powered by a 17.3 kWh battery pack that is said to offer a range of 230 km on a single charge.

Looking at the lack of response for this news, does this indicate the waning of interest in the product of is it just because today is a monday?

They don't seem to have the traction expected. Compared to other vehicles that are having a waiting list, this one is readily available. I think they botched up the release with the pricing and being a 2 door handicapped it for the Indian audience.

Re: MG Comet EV to get Jio-powered connected car features

MG would soon be gobbled up by Mahindra. No wonder Mukesh Ambani and Anand Mahindra missed their uber after the US PM dinner invite and had to ask for a lift from Sunita Williams. The uber miss is due to their discussion on how to make best use of the Chinese sale and make it a win-win for MG and Jio Don't be fooled by other silly journalism
