Re: HV Battery Fault at 10 months in my Nexon EV Max | Tata’s quick response

We should get our car to below 10% once a month to avoid this ,I usually follow this .
Yesterday got stuck for 2.5 hours in traffic at 7% and came home 18 kms away at 3%. As I usually follow this practice.

Slow charge : usually charge till 100% when the battery goes below 20% and once in a month I take it below 10%

Fast Charge : If no waiting at FC then 100% otherwise I remove the gun by 94% as post 95% cell rebalancing starts .

[quote=prateekchanana;5540894]
This is exactly what I went through multiple times. Started in April 2023. Got stranded on road with 14% SOC remaining. MID showed limp mode at 20% and in few mins it showed HV System fault and in a minute or so automatically switched to neutral in middle of the city road in traffic. I got stuck in a U-turn! There’s a whole different thread I created for this but what’s even more strange is I get this limp mode issue even with >90% SOC Tata guys sent a msg to me saying g there is an updation of some cable and charging port cover which I’m not sure will resolve the problem. But giving it a try.
