Are Dealership EV Charging stations open to EVs of other brands?

I've been pondering this for a while. Are the EV chargers set up in dealerships letting EVs of other brands charge their cars at a cost?

I hear MG has 50kW chargers in most dealerships. Kia is said to be adding 150kW chargers to it's EV dealerships. BMW plans the same.

I'm sure their own cars will get priority but it also makes business sense to keep it open to other EVs right now at least due to the low volumes.

While I don't have first-hand experience, my friend who owns an MG says that the dealerships of Tata and Hyundai allowed him to charge his car on his trips.

I think the biggest problem we have now is most of the companies (MG, Hyundai, and Kia) are only setting up the chargers at their dealerships as lip service. Another problem is companies like Tata Power which claims that they set up hundreds of fast chargers all over India is one of the least reliable fast-charging networks. Their chargers go out of service frequently and have connecting issues with different cars. They should separate the charging network division and hire some competitive management to run it. They also should buy chargers from reputed brands like ABB, Tritium, Kempower, etc...

Zeon charging is a small startup but it is the best fast-charging network in India even though it only has 1/10th of the chargers of Tata power. Their planning, fast charger equipment are top class.

All Tata power installations at MG or Tata Motors are open to all. While Hyundai, only has AC 7.2kwh chargers and don't allow other cars. Mercedes claimed to have 11kwh chargers on their showrooms but I am yet to see one.
These AC chargers won't be useful on a road trip and especially for the Nexon EV, which takes 2.7kwh charge rate only.
