Need guidance to set up an EV Charging Station (as a business)

Hi Everyone, hope you're all keeping well.

A buddy of mine who runs multiple small businesses had reached out to me a few weeks ago requesting details about setting up an EV charging station.

He's from Adoor, Pathanamthitta District.

I tried reaching out to a few local contacts but it didn't yield any worthwhile results.

Hence was wondering if fellow bhpians could set him on the right path, I'm hoping to direct him to thread so he can monitor progress realtime.

Would be worth considering a franchise kind of setup where the parent takes care of the setup, app etc. Like Tata Power. You will see a couple more if you Google, but best to go with a big brand.
