Hey guys,

Damn neat!! I wana do something similar in a Honda Dio. I want the LEDs to be just behind the body so that they illuminate the headlight, but you cant really see them outside. Indirect lighting...Sorta

Senthil, got bored is a nice term. I got bored of the blue LEDs in the cabin of my car, and replaced them with white.

Does anyone have any options for the old Zen regarding the following -

1. Changing dash illumination from the boring green to amber/white? More importantly, has anyone actually done it? Removing the speedo console/speedo wire is quite difficult/tricky!

2. LED bulbs (custom made/DIY) for rear combination lamp ? Opening the plastic moulded reflectors from the assembly is also quite difficult (which will be necessary for inserting a PCB with mounted LEDS).

Any help?

Re: DIY-Blue LED Parking Lamp & Speedo Meter+Wire Mesh Grille & Underbody Neons for Alto

Hello badboyscad,
Thanks a lot for showing up this DIY. I always wanted to thank you but was unable to do so as I was not a member. Finally got to thank you after so long, Got the approval few days ago. I performed a similar DIY on my alto after watching this thread. This was the first DIY I ever did on my car. And I was successful on the first go itself. I did not create the circuit though.

Regards,
Swapnil
