Did you buy these?
I bought one pack from rediff but the seller did not ship the product. So ordered from xado.co.in. But they too did not ship. On enquiring I was told out of stock even though it was in stock while ordering.

Now I am thinking of going for 3M Brake Lube Compound. Cost is 1300/- including shipping for 227 gms.

Yes buddy, I did buy them but sadly just like your case, it didn't get delivered. No idea why.

Tried contacting Rediff but no use. Since it was a COD order, I didn't fight much.

Will PM you if I get any work around.

While searching on google, I came across 3M Brake Lube.
I contacted the Toll Free Number and I got Mumbai Distributor's (Sameer Iqbal) number. He gave number of Shashwat in Pune. Shashwat gave me number of Shantanu in Pune.

I contacted Shantanu and told him that I am interested in buying Brake Lube Compound of 3M. He gave me Price of Rs. 1341/-.
On discussing the quantity and shipping, he informed Qty would be 227 gms and quoted price includes courier charges.
He gave final price of Rs. 1300/- including shipping.

I took the bank details and remitted the amount in his bank account.
Yesterday I received the product. To my disbelief, the product reads 3M Copper Anti-Seize Brake Lube. :Shockked: How can Anti-Seize Lube provide Lubrication?
It has its own brush for applying as shown in 3rd picture.







But as per this link I guess this product can be used for Lubricating Caliper Pins.

Should I go ahead and use it or should I use some other Lubricant?
Please help.

I use this for the Calipers Bolts and Brake pads,
Do note - Dont use this on the caliper pins as this can make rubber parts swell.

I confirmed this with the seller, he told it can be used on caliper pins as well.
Even the link given by me in previous post confirms this. I am totally confused.

This isn't the right one I feel too. The Anti seize is mainly for bolts and nuts that should come free and not damage the threads.

I am not sure if you can use this for Caliper pin greasing.

Have you tried ordering the Xado brake caliper grease from their website itself?

For Caliper pins you need high temperature grease. CRC or Permatex Brake Parts Lubricant.
Never use this on the caliper pins.
I use copper Anitsize stuff for Calipers Bolts and Brake Pads, Something like this. This helps the pads operate smoothly without any sounds

Is even 3M misguiding the customers by recommending them to use the Anti-Seize Brake Lube on Caliper Pins on their website?

Even they have run out of stock. My order is pending with them (Xado.co.in) since 14-2-2017.
And as the Caliper Pins of Elite i20 were due for lubrication since loonnngggg time (Lubricated with normal grease 30000kms ago), I was worried and went for 3M. But on website, I had read about Brake Lube (not anti-seize) and ordered.
But the product received is Anti-Seize Brake Lube. :Frustrati
I will contact 3M Customer Support tomorrow -18004253030 and ask them whether it can be used for lubricating Caliper Pins. Today they are closed so could not contact them.
On a side note- I dont think the seller will accept return of Anti-Seize Brake Lube. :deadhorse

The 3M anti seize brake lube is not the one to be used. Small pouches of caliper pin grease are available in automobile shops (independent of the caliper pin kit). They cost ₹40 or so. I use the same once a year/every 10,000 kms while cleaning the brakes.

I had a friend get me a can of Permatex Ceramic lubricant from USA. Worthwhile investment IMHO.

The same TVS girling made caliper grease sachet costs Rs. 13 in MGP. :)

Thanks for the heads up. As enthusiasts, we occasionally go overboard with our purchases and end up stocking things that may see very little use. This small pouch will save us the trouble:).

Never buy this Xado garbage! Used this in a car and the grease dried up in less than 1,000KM!
The Spray also makes it very difficult to use on the calipers.

I have anyway cancelled the order that I placed for 2 units of the brake caliper grease on their website. They said it is out of stock hence no shipping even after 8 days of placing order.

On the other hand, I placed an order for 10 sachets of the TVS-Girling caliper grease at my MGP distributor.
