I personally would stay away from these MST holder crowd. Apologies for the harsh words but I have witnessed some very ugly fights between MST holders and reserved folks on both the DQ as well as PNQ Intercity. This is true even on WR with the flying ranee and the valsad fast passanger.

They can always upgrade the Deccan Express to ertswhile DQ standards post VBfying the current DQ. It was intended to be the suburban edition
of the Queen anyways. That will keep the Pass holders happy.
