Appeals to the minimalist in me, absolutely. But I have a rather vivid imagination too, and when I said 'flamboyant', I meant it.

Saffron fore, dark green aft, some combination of white + indigo mid-section (including wings and engine cowls). Just a render would suffice, a real plane painted like that would probably be too jarring, and wholly impractical too.
