This bus KL 59 F 5344 registered in SRTO, THALIPARAMBA, Kannur District was sold in July 2012.

I think this would be registered as an ICV

What is the seating layout? Is it 2x2 or 2x1?

The advantage with Lynx is that it is wide enough to enable 2x2 seating

Is there a BS4 option available? If not then this cannot be registered in a Metro

Thanks for the information though. It's a threat to the Ultra too, and Ojes stamp is clearly visible on the design

As per specs it is Euro III (may not be direct map to BS III) and I see stickers with Euro IV. How would this bus pass FC with RTO?

Its front engine layout right? Wonder where the ventilation is. Is the idea to keep the grille open during the run?

Yes, it is a front engine layout. Even the older Eicher Skyline 10.75 mini buses didn't have any grille for ventilation.

Look at those air dams on the bumper, that gets air into the engine room. In contrast the bus doesn't have any opening other than the closed grille.

Siddhaganga Tours Bangalore has a couple of these as well. Their feedback is positive on them, from what I heard.

A pic of Siddhaganga's Isuzu bus, with a Sutlej body:

Unlike Eicher, Isuzu has a bigger engine, which definitely requires proper ventilation. Leave away ventilation how come clutch reservoir, DAT, radiator etc can be accessed? In many cases including prominent body builders like Prakash doesn't really have the sense of serviceability in mind when they build body. Also removing essential components like fuel pump itself has become troublesome and fitment requires skills which actually need not be required.
