You forgot 6th order BP. Your article only addresses 4th order. and IB, OB, TL (and it's variants - MLTL, QWT/TQWT/TQWP, Voight), Aperiodic (variant of sealed), Horn, etc.. all except OB are quite possible to execute in a car.
