Hi !

I listen to Trance in the car & you need 1 set of 6" components in the front & 1 sub in the boot. Minimum.

Do not buy rear speakers & no 6 X9 please...

hey guys.

i was trying out various front components today. i tried out the bull audio 650

then i saw the pioneers too, forgot the model name.

but then i saw the ONE! ill be goin for kicker DS600.2
lovely sound and the tweeters are extra sweet with an amp. the midbass is good but doesnt have so much bass, but if you have a woofer, you need the tweeter to work properly.

this is what i noticed with the bull audio system. its got a nice mid woofer provides nice bass running off just the HU. as far as the tweeter go: definitely not as good as the kicker, and costs 1.5k more too. but money well spent.

will get my car soon and will post pics of install and parts then.

i need another advice btw, is it ok if i get a Sony amp? i know their speakers are not great but wht bout the amps? sony or kenwood? price?

i hope you auditioned all sets/brands either with an amp or all without one.
you cannot compare an audition between 2 brands if you have heard one without an amp and one with an amp.

Good observation. The Kicker set uses a metal dome tweeter Vs Bull CS650 which uses a soft dome. Many people prefer the laid back response of soft domes while many prefer the openness of metal tweets.

End of the day, it's a matter of preference really.

Enjoy!
