Hi & Welcome to T-BHP.

More details would help, like the exact amp's you are using.

Looks like you will need 4 gauge. You could draw a main 4 gauge line to a distribution box, then split with two 8 gauge wires.

Depends on the budget too.

Why the 3 farad cap, is it because your installer recommended it? I dont see the need, but let one of the vet's give their opinion.

Thumb rule is to use 1F per 1000 continuous watts of power, so 3F would be a little extravagant.

The same question comes to my mind. But I think that would be BOSS or soundstream.

1. if you dont have the 3F cap there is no need to invest in one.
2. on the internet there is a write up on upgrading the "BIG 3" wires of your car. Google it.
3. ensure that your installer understands the nessicity for a clean, systematic, organised install.

About the 3F cap if you have not got it. Please dont buy it. It must be a fake.

Navin Ji no need to Google it...it is here on the forum it self

My cousin got his Spark delivered yesterday. Want to ICE up his car. Very basis system needed,

Kindly Suggest a basic HU with Aux in port. Would prefer a Pioneer HU, I will be glad if some one can help with model number.

Planning to get him a pair of JBL GT5 comps in front, would there be any issues considering its a brand new car?

Spark will take only 4" in the front dash. JBL GT-5 starts only with 5.25".

You would have to go for the GTO427 coaxials or for the Illusion EL 4.1 components.

If the model number is 3050UB and 4050UB then they have usb support. And both have aux in also.
