What model of Alpine are you mentioning...i recently got a 2006 Alpine 9852 HU...the tuner works great and...it just costed me 150$...

I think 9856 doesn't have this option.Atleast they dint mentioned it in the manual which alpine guys always did before.

Anyway,we r talking about Indian cities and not NewYork......

The unit i am taking about is the one i have got for india/bangalore...for my swift...it was installed and the tuner was in great shape...nd i am in india as of now.....so was nt taking abt stufff there...

if you alpine HU is changer compatible and you dont already have a changer like the CHS 634 the 420i is all you need. I had it installed in about 15 min but you can do it yourself.

Hi my cousin is buying a new swift and needs help for his audio install.
Budget 20K
Hu has been decided pio 6850 for 8.5k
please help on the speakers.
He plans to add a sub at a later stage ...

I already posted this on another thread and i got good help from navin and LBM but couldnt get the model numbers ....

So i posted in this thread to get sam's attention ..
Where would the jbl stuff be cheaper hyd or banglore ??
And samji is there any possibility of getting a discount at jbl authorised showrooms ??

go for 607 jbl 6.5 inch componets and the co-ax in the rear (i dont remeber the model number here) sam bhai will tell.........
