manual also sayz continous power output is 22 W per channel into 4 ohm
I think this means 22rms/ channel, am i right ??????
those readings are very optimistic. i'd expect 8-10W ms per channel <0.1% dist., 20-20kHz. Now 8W rms is quite enough for most needs so dont be disheartened. Anyone who disputes that is welcome to listen to my 15W PP triode when done. :-) LOL

Do not bridge this head unit. It is not designed for bridging and i ASSURE you it will destroy the power stage of the head unit.

Now,I have ordered for Kicker CVR 10 inch subwoofer from ebay.
I'll have to buy a mono/2 channel amp for it.
The Subwoofer specs are:
Model : Kicker CVR 10
Dual 4-Ohm Voice Coils
Peak Power Handling 600W
RMS 300W
Sensitivity 85.5db

Well, please suggest an amplifier within Rs5,500 range for powering this sub.
I don't mind any brand amp,but it should be a branded one..not generic.
thanks

Px600.2?? isn't sold in India. Besides, his budget for the subwoofer amplifier is 5500/-

Dude the only JBL amp in that range is the CS60.2 and yes - bridged it will drive your subwoofer pretty well.

Yup - MSRP is 5990/- (though sometimes you get a better price) and it drives a single sub pretty well. It's part of the new CS family.
