Thanks Navin,

Will keep you updated after I have installed the Music System in my car.

or, Stay with Sony HU, and get Blau speakers all around

or, Sony HU and JBL,Hertz Speakers all around.

And if you can afford, try to get compos at the front and 6x9 or so for the rear.If you cant get components just go ahead and get full range 2 way speakers for the front pods.

HU 7-8k + Front compos 5-6k + Rear 6x9 OR 6 inch 2 way 2-3k =17 max

OR

HU 7-8k + Front 5/6inch 2way 2-3k + Rear 6x9 OR 6 inch 2 way 2-3k = 14 max

I think Blau radio is far better than Sony's. Let's see what others say.
Thanks jkdas,

Will go for the Blaupunkt. Will let you know what I finally decide on.

Hello Hello. Quick apology for doing the disappearing act. A quick pop in of my head, to say a super quick hairy hello and that I miss you all. Bye.

PS - That HUUUUGE trailer belongs to Biggs and elridge, my heroes and gods from JBL. That truck is what we carry our competition cars in, from city to city. Keeps it shiny and waxed when we unload at the next competition.

OK chal bye.

Love this new look team-bhp! It also prompts me that I've not posted for many weeks and lovingly asks me to post something!

I've not posted for long, but have reading most of the action on the board! HOpe to be more frequent now!

P.S. Was hoping that this thread would have touched 3000 in this while that i was away!
May be Sam should post pics of a few bombs to rekindle interest of many ............!

Sony has launched a new player that allows users to drag and drop MP3 files directly onto the player's hard drive without the need to use its Connect music software.

Called the Giga Panel, the car stereo will have 1Gb of flash memory on board. Users will be able to connect the removable face-plate directly to their PC (and presumably an Apple Mac) via a USB2.0 connection to transfer around 500 songs to and from the device.
