Rear speakers are round. The front door should accomodate 6.5" midbasses without any mods (Gunbir/JB - please confirm)....however there is no stock location/provision for installing tweeters. In my case they were installed by cutting holes in the door panels and flush-mounting the tweeters.

Am not sure how easily this is possible without mods/cutting. You can PM Gunbir/Autophile for more help on this.

Yep, they are paper dual cone speakers....as to how good they are, well, I replaced the ones in my car the very same day I took delivery of it, that should give you an idea of my opinion of them ....to be fair though, as I only had them in my car for a few hours, I cant really write a comprehensive review of them

Yeah, who needs them - Mukul didn't want them lying around in his workshop so Gunbir & JB had to fit them back in the car after installing the subwoofer

Hehe stock speakers aren't atrocious. Quite listenable and I've been surviving with them for a while now. FB knows about my home system so I guess if the car speakers haven't made me tear my hair apart, they should be okay .

I definitely must warn you though that they don't have any sort of bass extension.

True, true....only thing is, I spend 2.5 hours every weekday commuting to-&-fro from work.

If you had to endure the same with stock car speakers day-on-day, given the SQ you are used to at home, you might find yourself "follicularly challenged" pretty soon

@maxbhp:

Thanks! Full credit to Gunbir & JB for the quality of the install, which is exemplary IMHO...

Milles are very musical & enjoyable speakers - feel free to drop by for a listen if you're in Delhi...
