Look at that beast! And that surround!!! I'd be scared to be in a dark room, alone with this thing.
Haven't heard the new Strokers well enough, but from what I hear from others they are not even close to the old Strokers. I have used the old ones with great results. Real beauties of their times.

These are tall surrounds, a lot of companies use these nowadays. The old Strokers had surrounds like the kind you find on PA drivers; multiple roll fabric.

I agree. THese huge roll surounds mated to heavy cones and having huge Xmax somehow rob something from the music.

3 amps and a pair of subs in the rear. I assume you will soon be discarding the rear seats altogether.

Your new subs...?

JK relax, it is not even the biggest sub I've heard/seen. The biggest sub I have seen was a 30" Electro-Voice. The person who demoed the sub plugged it into a 50Hz 110V mains and all the sub did was make a loud 50Hz hum. Dont do this at home!

Hmmm... interesting. Well all I can say is there are some iDQ users on this forum itself. Lets ask them how many times their subs have failed. To save you some trouble, the answer is zero. And whats with comparing an iD product with a clarion sub .
