In the amplifier you've mentioned the Jbl 1004 and in the prices you've ,mentioned the gz. Which one of the two have you bought???

3. How serious were your about your system?
Not at all until I stumbled upon the ICE section on t-bhp. We all know how it ends, if ever!

4. What kind of music do you listen to?
Depends on my mood but it’s usually
Metal: Anathema, Opeth, Black Sabbath, My Dying Bride, Sepultura, Megadeth, Lacuna Coil, RATM, Marylin Manson, Candlemass, Amorphis, Pantera, Theater of Tragedy (Stuff ranging from tight slow bass to some insanely fast double pedal bass)
Rock: Pink Floyd, Ozzy, R.E.M, DreamTheater, RHCP and the like
Electronic: Moby, Infected Mushroom, Buddha Bar etc and some commercial Bollywood once in a while.

5. Would you recommend it to others?
Sure. A good system for someone on a budget and who doesn’t listen to music very loudly.

Wiring: COnnection Audison All Around

Somewhere in the region of 2.5L

4.How serious were your about your system?

Very Very Serious, My Upgrade story says it all, I was not convinced till i had the perfect sound.

5. which kind of music do you listen to ?? prefer deep bass or how is it...

hmm.. i like trance, hip-hop/rap, rock.. i prefer deep bass, ive chosen my subs accordingly.. . Basically I listen to everything

Your signature says JVC AVX800. Did you change it to the Kenwood?

mine is going to be the most pathetic ICE in this thread, i bet! planning for a step-by-step upgrade as and when cash piles up!

Head unit : Kenwood
Front comps: they are standard kenwood, not even components! LOL!
Rear Speakers : Sony 6x9 4 way: XS-GTX6940S
Sub Woofer: JBL 12" basstube: CS-1205T
AMP: Sony 4 channel: XM-ZR604

everything is due for an upgrade except the basstube and amp... HU, front comp, rear co-ax and a 2 ch amp in that order

3. How much did it cost ?

Somewhere in the region of 17,000/-

4.How serious were your about your system?

Not at all, hence the blunder of buying Sony! but now i am more serious!

5. which kind of music do you listen to ?? prefer deep bass or how is it...

rock and heavy bass.

upgarde the compo with some better ones (rainbow)

ICE upgraded with Alpint head unit and sound prcoessor

I recently upgraded my ICE with Alpint head unit and imprint sound processor. the SQ is simply amazing and is worth every penny spent

Perfect fit for requirements - good front SQ. Passable (?) rear SQ.
Bass lovers may not be impressed (Note the lack of even 6x9s in the rear)
