How to measure the size of a double-din head unit

I have a 2006 Hyundai Verna CRDi and I am planning to get a In-Dash Car Video Player from USA. Can I buy In-Dash Car Video Player which fits in 2006 Hyundai Accent of USA (which is same as Verna in India)?

Doubledin deck size of 2006 Hyundai Accent of USA and 2006 Hyundai Verna CRDi (India) are same?

Doubledin deck size of my Verna is (measured manually) Width - 7.5", Height - 4" and Depth - 5.5".

Pls advise.

Re: How to measure doubledin deck size

DIN (Deutche Industry Standard) only specifies the opening slot of Double DIN as 180mm x 100mm or for American radios 7" x 4". Obviously single DIN is 180mm x 50mm or 7" x 2".

Depth is not standardised but most cars offer a depth of about 7".
